We will be hosting our third “Better Half” Battle on Saturday, November 19th. This is an in-house competition that allows all levels of athletes to participate, compete and have a good time.
Better Half Battle 2016 Standards:
‐Each Team Will Consist of 1 Male and 1 Female (Dating Not Required)
‐At least 1 Athlete On Each Team Should Be Able to Meet the Standards Listed Below, But it Will Be Beneficial If Both Athletes Can Meet the Standards.
‐There will be 1 Open Division That All Teams Will Participate In. No Scaled or RX. If You Can’t Complete the Required Movement or Weight Than We Will Provide You With a Scaled Option For That Particular Exercise.
***This Event is About Having Fun and Getting A Taste of Competition. If You Can’t Meet The Required Standards, Or Don’t Have A Partner, But Still Want to Compete, Talk to One of Your Coaches and We Will Find a Way to Accommodate You.***

Clean and Jerk (115/75) Front Squat (95/65) Thrusters (75/55) Deadlifts (155/105) Snatch (75/55) Kettlebell Swings (53/35) Wall Balls (20/14)/(10’/9’)
Bodyweight Movements: (Scaling Options Will Be Provided When Events Are Announced)
Pull Ups Rope Climbs Toes to Bar Box Jumps 24/20 Burpees Double Unders Running/Rowing/Assault
