In this 20-30 minute meeting, we will learn more about you and your goals, show you our facility, and answer any questions you have regarding CrossFit Palm Beach. This is our opportunity to learn more about you as an individual; your goals, workout history, health/injury history, and what you need most to help you succeed. This allows us to customize a plan for you that will give you the best chance of success.
We won’t be working out in the intro, so just come in with an open mind, and with any questions you want answered.
If you decide you want to do CrossFit, then we will start with 1-on-1 fundamentals classes, before having you jump straight into the group classes. We currently have an amazing offer for our 6 week challenge which is ideal for getting started with CrossFit. It includes the no-sweat intro, 5 personal training sessions, your first month of unlimited CrossFit and BeachFit classes, and nutritional guidance along the way. The cost of the challenge is only $299.
If you and your coach decide that BeachFit is a better choice for you, then you can go straight into the BeachFit classes and start on a monthly membership. We recommend starting with 3-4 days per week and increasing from there.
Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements and reach our graduation requirements, you are free to begin group classes.
During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.
At least one-two coaches will be present at each class, and you will always have your personal coach there to help you get the most out of your CrossFit experience. This ensures you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.
