6 Week Challenge

Over the years of running CrossFit Palm Beach and working with hundreds and hundreds of people.  We have learned a few things about what it takes to be successful when starting CrossFit.

  1. Going straight into CrossFit group classes is usually a recipe for failure. Your chances of injury go way up without first being taught the proper technique, and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle of a large group class and feel like you are missing direction.
  2. Personal training is the best way to get started with CrossFit. It allows us to customize a program for you and make adjustments based on your age, health and injury history, and goals.
  3. Nutrition is a necessity. We believe that everyone can benefit from a few small nutrition changes and that you simply won’t reach your potential without addressing this area along with the exercise.  That’s why we created a 6-week challenge where nutrition coaching is included in your first 6 weeks.
  4. Accountability is key. Most people know what they need to do to get in shape, but simply aren’t doing it.  By having a personal coach guide you through your first 6 weeks, you will finally have the accountability in place to take you over the hump.
