-Today’s workout is a partner workout that should take between 20 and 30 minutes. The front squats should be unbroken each round, especially because you will be
fresh at the start of every round. The toes to bar should take no more than 2-3 sets, so scale these if needed. Once you get to the row, push the intensity a little bit
more since you will have a rest break when your partner goes. A good goal to shoot for is about 2 minutes per round.
