**Cindy = Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Air Squats S(3/6/9) RX(4/8/12) RTG(5/10/15)
-Today’s workout is primarily an engine workout, with a little bit of muscle endurance thrown in with the rounds of Cindy. When it
comes to Cindy, most athletes will struggle with the push ups first, so use this to determine which rep scheme of Cindy you would
like to go with. Keep in mind that you can push yourself closer to failure on the pull ups and push ups, knowing that your arms will
recover on the bike and the rower, and the rounds are decreasing each time.
-The rower and bike can eat up a lot of time if not attacked properly. Try to keep a solid pace on both, especially in the 25 and 20
rounds which make up the majority of this workout.
-Once you get to the 4 th and 5 th rounds, go a little bit harder into the finish.
