Try a Free No-Sweat Intro – The free no-sweat intro will take place with one of our coaches, and can be scheduled at any time, as long as we have a coach available. In the intro we will discuss your goals, exercise history, current health or injury issues, and nutrition. There won’t be any workout in the intro so just come with an open mind ready to chat. You can schedule intro by calling 561-676-3710.
Bring a Friend Saturday – Come in and try a free CrossFit class on the first Saturday of every month at 8 am and 10 am. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first class so you can fill out a training waiver prior to starting.
Sundays – We are open EVERY Sunday from 9 am to 11 am. There are no regular CrossFit classes held at this time so it is a great time to make up a WOD that you missed earlier in the week.
Open Gym/WOD Make Up – In addition to Sunday’s from 9 am to 11 am, we are also open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 1 pm for WOD Make-Up hours. There are no regular CrossFit classes held at this time so it is a great time to make up a WOD that you missed from that day or that week.
Competitors – Competitors class is held Saturday at 8:30 am and runs for 90 minutes. We also offer free programming for competitors to be performed before or after class on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri. This is for anybody who is interested in competing at CrossFit in the near future regardless of current ability level.
Personal Training hours – Our trainers are available at all hours of the day and specific hours will vary depending on the availability of each trainer. Please contact us at 561-676-3710 to learn about our personal training specials.
Kids/Teens – Kids classes for ages 9-13 and run every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 PM and Saturdays at 10 AM. Come try a free kids/teens class any Saturday at 10 AM.
BeachFit – BeachFit classes don’t take place at the beach, but they are designed to get your body “beach ready” in less than 60 minutes per day. No matter your ability level, BeachFit classes will make you sweat and shed fat fast. Classes are held Monday through Friday at 6 am, 8 am, 9 am, and 6 pm as well as Saturday at 9 am. Come in and try your first class for free. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first class so you can fill out a training waiver prior to starting.
**Members should arrive at least five minutes early to every class so that we can begin class on time.
