-A good goal for this workout is to try to stay unbroken as long as possible. This should be the case for all rounds of kettlebell swings and sit ups, although some may struggle with the push ups. If you aren’t great at push ups, you will likely want to scale by skipping the round of 21 push ups and starting with 18 push ups instead. If you need to scale further, you can use a band. RTG should be able to go unbroken on everything or close to it.
