-Today will be a longer, cardio-focused day to help mitigate some of the effects of Thanksgiving day. A good goal for this workout is to be under 30 minutes. If you are likely to be above 35 minutes, then you should scale one or all of the movements. Aim to get both of your rounds within a minute of eachother. You don’t want to come out hot the first round and then hit a wall in round 2.
