-The goal of today’s workouts is to focus on aerobic conditioning. All the movements should be easy enough that you can stay unbroken for most or all of this workout. By breaking this up into 2, 8 Minute AMRAPs, this should allow you to reach a higher intensity for a longer period of time. Try to push yourself on the first 8 minutes and then see if you can hit an equal number of rounds on the second 8 minutes.
