-Today’s workout will be a partner chipper, with one person working at any given time. Keep your sets on the smaller side, about 10 reps per
person before switching. Push hard on the assault bike and use some of the other stations to rest and recover. You will also have a good amount
of rest built in when your partner goes. On the KB swings and lunges, pick weights that you can consistently do 10-15 reps in a row with.
