WOD Tips:

-We are keeping the volume low today to allow you to have your best possible Open workout tomorrow. If you aren’t doing the Open, you can go hard on this

workout and treat it similar to the benchmark workout “Helen”, which is typically done in about 10 minutes or less. If you are doing the Open workout tomorrow,

take this at about 70-80% intensity, just to build up a nice sweat, and feel great going into tomorrow.
