-Today will be a tough conditioning workout with some lighter barbell work. Each round should be attacked pretty hard, since you will have a minute rest at the end of each round. That minute will go by fast though, so don’t go all out your first 2 rounds. There won’t be any transition time between exercises, so spend as little time as possible between movements. The power cleans should be done in sets of 5+ reps for the first couple rounds. Towards the end of each round you may want to switch to singles. Keep track of your total reps and try to be consistent for each round.
