-This will be a workout that you will have to grind through, especially in rounds 5, 6, and 7. The goal with the snatches is to pick a weight that you can keep unbroken for the entire workout. At most, you should be breaking this up into 2 sets. The wall balls and dubs should be similar and would ideally be done unbroken for the entire workout. The goal for this workout is to be under 20 minutes which is less than 3 minutes per round.
